LetsCruise may keep your selected road mood, sound choice, recent ride, and small event-deduplication markers in browser storage so the picker works across reloads and does not count the same milestone twice. These values stay on this device and can be removed by clearing site data. Phase 1 does not require an account or payment information.
YouTube and Google
After you start a cruise, your browser loads a privacy-enhanced YouTube embed from youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube and Google may receive your network address, browser and device information, the LetsCruise origin or referrer, and interactions with the player. They may use cookies or similar storage according to their own policies, and YouTube may show advertising. Choosing Watch on YouTube opens YouTube directly.
Read Google's Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service. LetsCruise does not receive your YouTube credentials or a copy of your YouTube viewing history.
Reports and creator messages
If you send a catalog, credit, privacy, or rights report, LetsCruise receives the contact address and details you provide plus the selected ride and relevant timestamp. The report can be stored in a private case queue so the ride can be removed from LetsCruise while it is reviewed. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary to explain the concern.
LetsCruise also keeps a private creator-candidate queue. It may contain a public YouTube URL, channel details, creator contact information, outreach and reply dates, the text or location of permission evidence, the approved scope, editorial notes, and publication status. Only authorized operators can open that queue. A candidate is never returned by the public catalog unless permission is recorded and its publication status is live.
To limit automated abuse, the service may keep a short-lived one-way rate-limit key derived from a salted network address supplied by Vercel. It is not stored as the report contact or included in the catalog. Resolved or dismissed case records without a legal hold become eligible for deletion 90 days after resolution; open or legally held cases may be retained while needed.
Service operation and measurement
Vercel necessarily processes network addresses, user agents, and request logs to deliver the site. Neon may store the private creator-candidate and report queues, catalog-removal controls, and aggregate product milestones such as picker views, starts, 10-minute sessions, 30-minute arrivals, and playback errors. Creator records may be retained while outreach, permission, publication, or a related rights issue remains active, and may be retained afterward when reasonably needed to document the permission history. LetsCruise does not attach aggregate playback rows to an account, use them for advertising profiles, or sell personal information.
LetsCruise uses Vercel Web Analytics to count anonymous visitors and page views. It does not use analytics cookies. Vercel may process the page path, filtered query parameters, referrer, approximate location, device type, operating system, browser, and event time for aggregate reporting. Its daily visitor identifier is derived from the request and resets after 24 hours; LetsCruise does not use this data to reconstruct an individual's activity across other sites.
