The service

LetsCruise lets you choose a road mood and sound, then randomly selects an exact match from a small catalog of YouTube rides whose uploaders have given LetsCruise permission to feature them. If the catalog has no approved exact match, LetsCruise will say so instead of silently changing your choices. Phase 1 is free and does not require an account.

The experience is passive entertainment, not navigation, driving instruction, or a substitute for attention while operating a real vehicle. Do not use it in a way that distracts you from driving or cycling.

YouTube videos and audio

Catalog rides play through YouTube's official embedded player. LetsCruise does not download, copy, rehost, crop, edit, extract, mute, replace, or separately synchronize their audio or video. The upload, soundtrack, channel, and related rights remain with their respective creators, uploaders, artists, and rightsholders.

YouTube controls its player, advertising, playback rules, and availability. Your use of it is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. An uploader's permission to feature a video is not a claim that the uploader owns or can license every song or other element in it, and it does not mean that YouTube, a creator, an artist, or another rightsholder endorses or sponsors LetsCruise.

Availability

A creator, uploader, rightsholder, or YouTube may change, restrict, monetize, block, or remove a video at any time, including by country. LetsCruise may change its catalog or pause a ride while a rights, privacy, credit, safety, or technical concern is reviewed. No particular ride, mood, sound, or uninterrupted playback is guaranteed.

Using LetsCruise

Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with the picker, report system, catalog controls, or YouTube player. Do not attempt to extract media, bypass playback restrictions, falsify product signals or reports, or suggest that you represent a creator or rightsholder when you do not.

Reporting

If you own featured material, represent its owner, or identify a privacy, safety, metadata, or credit problem, contact rights@letscruise.app. LetsCruise can remove the ride from its own catalog while reviewing the concern and may ask for enough information to verify a claim. A LetsCruise catalog removal does not remove the original upload from YouTube; YouTube provides its own reporting tools for concerns about the upload itself.

Changes

These terms may change as the free catalog and player evolve. Material changes will be dated here. Paid plans, community features, direct uploads, or other substantially different services would require new terms before launch.
